The term “Hebridean Spa” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘Customer’ or “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.
A refund of a booking can only be requested within 24 hours after the booking payment has been placed, refund requests after this are not authorized and will not be granted. When you place a booking you have the option to reschedule your booking day and time for no additional cost.
Refund requests and refunds in general are not applicable on any of our gift card purchases.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. We offer a variety of packages and pricing. Our packages and pricing will fluctuate depending on availability and demand at any given time. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to availability and are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. Your price is guaranteed once you have been given a confirmation number. Indicative alternative currency rates used to estimate cost and balance of cost are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including Hebridean Spa or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Complaints & Feedback
Any complaint or comment regarding a spa experience at Hebridean Spa should be made in the first instance to the spa’s duty manager or active therapist at the time of your experience so that it can be resolved at the time of service.
To help combat the spread of COVID-19 we take all precautions necessary to ensure that your experience at Hebridean Spa is safe. Our facilities go through a deep clean on a regular basis to ensure that all precautions are taken. Therapists at Hebridean Spa can wear masks if requested by the customer and at the discretion of the Therapist.
We do advise that before you arrive at your booking to take a Rapid Antigen Test at a maximum of 24 hours before you arrive to ensure the safety of our staff and other Customers using the facilities.
If you are feeling any symptoms related to COVID-19 please reschedule your booking at your earliest convenience.

Taking alcohol into Hebridean Spa is strictly forbidden, if you are of the legal age of 18 or older then you may purchase alcohol from our on site licenced Gazebo Bar.
Damages and Misuse Policies
At Hebridean Spa we take every precaution to ensure that your experience at our facilities is safe and enjoyable, we in tern expect that customers respect and care for the facilities.
Any damages caused to our facilities is the full responsibility of the Customer, Hebridean Spa does not accept responsibility for any charges relating to the aforementioned damages.
If the Customer during their booking period notices any damages or an unsafe environment it is crucial that at point of entry they inform the on duty spa manager or Therapist so that we can be made aware and attempt to resolve the issue.
Medical and Injury Liability Information
If you suffer an accident or injury whilst at the Hebridean Spa premises, you must report it and the circumstances under which it happened to the spa manager on duty immediately.
Hebridean Spa will not be liable for damage, injury or consequential loss, however causes, to our customers, their property or their belonging unless the reasoning is solely due to the negligence of the company or it’s employees.
You must notify us of any changes to existing or new medical conditions/injuries on every visit to the spa via your consultation form. We will not be responsible if anything happens to you and we have not been informed. Hebridean Spa reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons undergoing specific medical treatments that will hinder their recovery by going into the spa or by having specific treatments.
We take no responsibility if you turn up late for your booking; however, we will try our best to move appointments around to accommodate you, but please be aware this isn’t always possible and may result in a different day being allocated or a refund being issued at arrival. Please contact us in advance if at all possible to let us know of the late arrival
10% Deposit Fee
Hebridean Spa now allow you to pay a partial 10% deposit fee to book a treatment/package in advance for any booking 30 days away from the current date, this 10% deposit fee is non refundable and it is essential that the remainder payment is made at a maximum of 5 days prior to your booking. If the full payment of your booking is not made within 5 days of the date of your booking the scheduled appointment will be instantly cancelled with no form of refund applicable. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours on your initial 10% deposit payment are eligible for the 10% deposit fee refund.
Hot Tub Usage Disclaimer
Please make sure that you DO NOT wear fake tan, make up or lotions in the hot tub, significant damage can be caused to the hot tub filtration system so it ESSENTIAL that any of the above are removed prior to use to avoid any damage.
For any groups or individuals using the Hot Tub there is a mandatory £50 surcharge fee, this is required for maintenance performed by a qualified specialist to clean and treat the hot tub.
Gift Card Policy
At Hebridean Spa we offer a range of physical and digital gift cards that can be used to pay for any of our spa packages and treatments as well as various health and wellbeing products. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and will not be accepted at any date after the aforementioned 6 months. The gift card is not exchangeable for cash.
